At Viasox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks don't provide the perfect fit or comfort you expected, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn and unwashed items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached for a valid return process.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
